Self Assessment Review (SAR) Validation (Curriculum or College Level)
Overview
A one or two day onsite activity tailored to review and/or provide external validation of SARs (draft or final) at curriculum or overarching college level. Landex members are offered support in the:
Reviewing of the SAR processes
Presenting evidence to an internal/external audience
Judgements and validity in evidencing college self-improvement
Overview An introduction to leadership and management approaches for course/curriculum leads. This programme can support those new to taking on additional leadership responsibilities, or bring a fresh perspective to existing leaders, within a range of curriculum and support areas.
Overview Professional discussions held with Curriculum, Support and Senior managers to review systems and process utilised to promote inclusive practices across an organisation. This review can support leaders in maximising the opportunities to evidence practice, whilst identifying potential areas in need of development to support a positive learner experience.
