Overview

Excellence in academic tutorial practice is a fundamental building block of progress in learning. This session will inform those with responsibility for setting academic targets within tutorials, exploring areas including:

  • Strategies for support and challenge in learning
  • Negotiating meaningful targets with impact
  • Utilising feed forward models to secure progress
  • Knowing when and how to refer learners for specialist support
