Overview

A one or two day activity tailored to the needs and TLA priorities of the college, working with observers though observation, professional dialogue and critical reflection, to improve quality teaching and learning. This developmental activity may include: 

• Joint observations or walkthroughs 

• Professional reflection and discussion 

• Action planning to maximise impact 

• Pedagogical approaches and impacts 

Sessions can be tailored to meet individual members’ needs.
