Overview 

  • Professional discussions held with Curriculum, Support and Senior managers to review systems and process utilised to promote inclusive practices across an organisation. This review can support leaders in maximising the opportunities to evidence practice, whilst identifying potential areas in need of development to support a positive learner experience. Topics may include:
  • Critical reflection on inclusion in practice
  • Evidence of inclusive support strategies
  • Effective structuring of support pathways to promote learner independence
  • Evidencing impact of inclusive programme design.
